Face to face mediations

For some disputes, a half day mediation is suitable. Our fees for a half day mediation (10am – 2pm) are £800.00 + VAT per party. This fee includes all reading in and travel. If additional hours are required, they are chargeable at £150.00 + VAT per party.

For a full day mediation (10am – 5pm), our fees are £1000.00 + VAT per party. This fee includes all reading in and travel. If additional hours are required, they are chargeable at £150.00 + VAT per party.

Remote mediations

Where appropriate, Bruce undertakes remote meditations via Zoom. We recommend a 4 hour mediation, which can be extended if the parties wish to do so. The fees are £500.00 + VAT per party. This fee includes all reading in and a ‘practice’ Zoom call prior to the mediation date. If additional hours are required, they are chargeable at £150.00 + VAT per party.
